Energy

The energy transition won't wait. Innovation and optimization have to keep pace with it.

We help energy companies respond to the pressure of decarbonization, improve efficiency, and build a strategy that keeps up with change in the sector.

The energy sector faces accelerating transformation, driven by the growing need for decarbonization, the shift to renewable sources, and the digital change of business models. To survive in this environment, companies have to react quickly through innovation and optimization.

The challenges rarely arrive separately. Investing in solar and wind, improving energy efficiency, digitizing operations, and developing new revenue streams all happen at the same time, under regulatory pressure that doesn't let up.

How we work

How we work

Our work starts with a strategic look at the company's position in the context of the energy transition - analyzing the business model, operational efficiency, technological capacity, and the places where costs and losses can be reduced. By defining a strategy and operationalizing priorities, we help companies use new technologies in a way that delivers concrete business results, not just alignment with trends.

We don't see the energy transition as a threat, but as space to build competitive advantage for companies with a clear strategy and an operating model that can support it.

With IBM Maximo/MAS, we help energy companies move from reactive to planned and predictive maintenance: a complete asset registry, overhaul planning, work order management, spare parts and contractor management, all integrated with ERP and financial systems.

When operations are digitized and grid and consumption data is structured, AI has a foundation to act on. On that basis, it can forecast demand and generation, optimize energy use and cost, predict maintenance needs across assets, and turn grid data into new revenue and better decisions - results that depend on the data layer being organized first.

What We Do

Energy producers and distributors

Adapting the business model to new energy sources and market demands - without losing operational stability during the transition

Companies in the digital transformation of energy

Turning smart solutions and grid data into new revenue streams and a basis for better decisions

Energy infrastructure operators

Improving grid resilience, asset performance and operational efficiency through digitalization, analytics and AI.

case in focus

Grids, gas, oil. Uptime is the specification.

10 operators

Utilities, oil, gas, petrochem

Five countries

Serbia, BiH, UK, Kuwait, US

Two stacks

eDocumentus and Maximo

Energy and utility operators run infrastructure that cannot stop. Grids, pipelines, refineries, and networks work under regulatory oversight, physical safety constraints, and revenue targets at the same time. The software that runs them has to handle asset maintenance, work permits, safety compliance, and integration with the systems around it, without dropping any of it.

We deploy the information systems energy operators actually need. For electric utilities and generation companies across Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, that means eDocumentus for document management, electronic mailrooms, procurement planning, invoice processing, grid connection procedures, and quality management workflows. For international oil, gas, and petrochemical operators, that means IBM Maximo enterprise asset management, deployed and upgraded for a gas network in Scotland, oil and petrochemical operators across the GCC, and a power producer in the United States. Ten operators in five countries. Each engagement started from what the operator actually needed to run, and shaped the platform around it.

Infrastructure that cannot stop needs software that doesn't either. Every implementation and upgrade we ship is designed to keep operators in production through the transition, not around it.
