For twenty years, Egzakta has been inside regulated institutions, not advising from the outside, but embedded in the decisions, systems and infrastructure that make them run.

It started with management and financial consulting. Helping organizations understand where they were, where they wanted to go, and what stood in the way. But strategy kept pointing in the same direction, the processes had to change, and that meant the systems had to change too. So we moved into IT consulting and implementation. One discipline opened the door to the next.

Out of that work came TubeIQ - a low-code process platform on which we have built software solutions for some of the most complex operational environments in banking, government and telco. Process automation, workflow orchestration, document management through eDocumentus. The digital backbone that institutions run on, and the natural foundation for AI deployment when the time came.

Then came the question every regulated institution is now asking: how do we run AI without sending our data to someone else's cloud? We built KVARK to answer it. A sovereign AI orchestration layer that runs on the client's own infrastructure, governed by the client's own rules, compliant with EU AI Act and GDPR by design. Not a product you subscribe to. A system you own.

And when clients needed the physical infrastructure to run it, we acquired EK - once the world's leading names in liquid cooling, restructured it, and built it back as LM TEK. Today it is the hardware foundation of the entire stack.

Twenty years in, the question we ask at the start of every engagement is still the same: what does this organization actually need and can we build it?

That question has taken us further than we expected. From accounting books to boardrooms. From process maps to AI platforms. From consulting decks to server rooms. Each step followed the same logic go deeper into the client's reality, stay accountable for the outcome, and build what they cannot find anywhere else.

What started as a consulting practice is now a vertically integrated group with its own process platform, its own sovereign AI system, and its own hardware infrastructure. Not because we planned it that way from the beginning. Because every client engagement pointed in the same direction and we followed it.
